We have been looking at your homes for a minute now and we where wondering about pricing for something this size but with 2 bedrooms, one on each side of the home and loft space for sleeping room above each bedroom build out. One bathroom with two sinks, one toilet and 1 shower or possibly a smaller tiny bathroom off each bedroom, one having room for a stackable washer and dryer hook up with the kitchen and Island setup or pony wall bar style leading to the open living space in the middle of the home? My brother and his wife are retired so the monthly payments are our biggest concern for them on the home as it will be placed on our land and we can help them with the initial down payment for the home allowing them to grow old with us assisting them but still having their freedom and privacy intact.

ReplyDeleteThis is an amazing blog. An open cell ceiling is a suspended system of interlocking grids that expose the infrastructure of a building's ceiling.
ReplyDeleteIt would be nice if people would also post on how much the home cost. That way a person can decide if they want it or if they can afford it, then they can get more info and move on.
